How To Apply For The Admission?
Please fill up the admission form declaration etc and send the same back along with the following documents.
1. Minimum qualification for securing admission to certificate & Diploma Courses is metric, 10+1, 10+2, (science) & 10+2 passed in any stream.
(a) Candidate must submit the application for admission form and declaration in his/her own handwriting duly signed by her parents/ guardian.
(b) One passport size recent photograph on admission form and attach 8 (eight) extra copies of the photographs also (without attestation)
(c) Documents photo state copies two each of related papers regarding educational, qualification and character certificate of good conduct from the principal of school last attended. Testimonials should be attached with the admission form.
(d) Incomplete forms received after the prescribed last date. will be rejected.
(e) It should be very clearly noted that the fees paid at the time of admission or during the session is Neither Refundable nor Adjustable in and circumstances, reasons may be whatsoever.
(f) The application form is not transferable.
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR ADMISSION
1. 10TH & 12th passing mark sheet & certificate ( 2 copies attested)
2. 8 copies of passport size colored photographs without attested
3. Student’s Adhar card (photocopy)
4. Character certificate from the institution attended last.
5. Medical fitness certificate (by raged. Doctor)
Note: High school certificate as a proof of age
Note: The candidate must bring original certificates at the time of admission/interview. The rules are subject to change from time to time.
